1) When you have decided which subscription you would like, Regular or Luxury and weather you would like to have a pay as you go subscription or a 3 monthly pre-pay subscription. 

 

2) Decide which date you would like your subscription to start, if you want 1 month, 2 months or our pre-paid 3 months subscription or even a whole years subscription. We send the following months flowers on or around the date of your first delivery (you can collect if you prefer). 

 

3) Next please inform us of any flowers you DO NOT want to be included. (Otherwise we do a mix of flower and colours to best suit what selection we get in that day) 

 

THEN all you have to do is Call one of our shops Malton or Pickering with the information and we will get you started from there! Its as easy as 1,2,3! 

Can I Change The Date They're Due To Arrive? 

The subscription bouquets will be sent out every month as requested at the time of ordering. However, if you're away or would like to change or skip a date, you can do so, Just call the shop and re-arrange the date. Please note we will need at least 3 days notice for this. 

 

What days do you deliver? 

We deliver our subscription flowers Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. 

 

When Do You Take Payment For Subscriptions? 

We’ll charge your card for your first bouquet when you place your order, and from then on you’ll be charged up three days before the next bouquet arrives. Or you can pay upfront for a fixed duration subscription. Regardless of how you pay, the flowers will arrive every month, and you can always change the date of the deliveries. 

 

Can I Change The Address Or Gift Message? 

Of course! Just give us a call and let us know of any delivery address amendments or message changes. 

 

What is the difference between Regular and Luxury? 

Well, the Regular is our standard flowers chosen and designed by our Flower Team. Each month, they’ll send out their favourite blooms. Our Luxury subscription is our higher grade flowers chosen and designed by our Flower Team. Our 3 month subscription is the crème de la crème: our very finest blooms, hand-tied and wrapped in our beautiful upright packaging. 

 

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Can I have a Lily free subscription? 

Yes, of course. Lilies can be toxic to household pets like cats, so do think carefully when ordering for someone who has a feline friend in residence. If you want to go lily-free, just mention when ordering.
